Home-cooked: Curry Beef Patty Lettuce Wraps from Andrea Nguyen

We went over to a friends' place for dinner, and she made these really tasty curry beef lettuce wraps. We asked for the recipe and made these at home - it's a kid favorite too!

It's a fun alternative to burger patties + buns, and we actually made it with bison instead of beef because that's what we had on hand. They're very flavorful!
