Monthly Meat Day Sale 20% off at Nijiya Japanese Market

There's a Meat Day sale that happens around the 29th of each month at Nijiya Japanese Market where their meats are marked 20% off! 🎉

Now I actually only found out about this two months ago so I'm not sure if it happens every month, but it has for June and July 2025.

To remember, you could setup a recurring calendar entry for the 29th of the month and when it gets closer to the date, you could check their website for their latest flyer to see if it mentions the Meat Day sale or not.

I went for the first time and check it out! All their shabu meats, short ribs, pork belly, and more were 20% off! It's literally their whole meat section in the back of their market!

I'm sure a ton of people go because it was very busy in there when I went. Even so, the staff do keep restocking their meat which is nice!

This stuff rarely goes on sale so I think it's a good deal. Also these meats can easily be frozen so you could buy a bunch and eat it slowly until the next Meat Day 😁!

While you're there, you could also pick up some sushi or bento boxes in the ready made refrigerated section. We picked up 2 packs of seaweed salad, a favorite in our household.
