I get SO pumped whenever Target announces a new exclusive collaboration with a popular designer/artist. The latest collab that's going on new is the Tabitha Brown home collection for Target. I hadn't heard of her before this, which actually is true for the other collabs in the past as well. But what matters is that they have really cool high-end, chic looking pieces for very affordable prices whenever they work with a designer.

This collection has everything from throw pillows, mugs, stationary, trays, bags, and more in very bright, bold, and colorful prints.

You can preview the items that will be released before it actually launches, so you can favorite all the items you may want to get.
My over-the-top self will set a calendar invite reminder for the launch date and set an alarm to sign on 5 mins before midnight, so that I can get my fingers / mouse click ready for ordering as soon as it becomes available. Some of the designer pieces like women's clothing immediately sell out (and there's very limited quantity of each size), so you got to be on top of it if you want something! I got a bunch of Rachel Comey and Nili Lotan enviable jackets and sweaters last year (high quality, excellent fit, super stylish, at such good prices), and I enlisted my husband to also be on standby on his phone so we tag teamed it lol.
This time, I didn't go that overboard, but I did happen to be awake past midnight on launch day, so I could snag the goods I wanted! Then I went into the store to pick them up! Ta da, our new pillows!

They were $15 each btw.
I got them because I thought they'd match well with our existing bright Target pillows, which are also from another Target collab with children's book illustrator Christian Robinson.

Omg I could rave on and on about the Christian Robinson collab, it was children's clothing and it was sooo freaking cute - matching sets with dinosaurs or alphabet letters on them, and more. I wish they would revive that collab or do more collections. I love how inclusive and diverse the characters are.

So cute, right?! I think Christian's most popular book is Last Stop on Market Street, if you've seen/heard of it, and he has other books as well.
Oh I almost forgot. I also got a fire dress from Cushnie x Target collab, when I would probably not be able to afford a full price Cushnie dress normally. When I think about it, each of these clothing / home decor items are special to me, even more so because of the extra "work" it took to get these limited edition items. I remember each one as a unique story. It's so fun and I can't wait for the next collab!
They announce it on their homepage when the next one is coming up but it's sporadic, which makes it all the more exciting and spontaneous, and the anticipation builds in the weeks until launch. Target, you're too good, you got me coming back for more!
