This week my hubby decided to bake cookies! Second time in his life that he's baked cookies, can you believe that?!
I requested snickerdoodle cookies from Brooke Bellamy (from the BrookiBakeHouse YouTube channel and also author of the book Bake with Brooki). Here's the link to her video recipe.
Here's how they turned out! Pretty freaking good!! I ate too many. I'm amazed he even weighed out all the cookie dough balls so they would turn out the same size and cook evenly. 👏
Per her tip, he also added some more cinnamon and sugar on top after they came out of the oven. They are soft and chewy and delicious! 🍪🍪🍪 They look professional.👌
We shared with family and friends, and it was a hit! He may make them again this week for Valentine's Day!
Update: He made them 2 more times for the teachers at school, and they loved how good and moist they were! The key is not to overbake them!
